2001年黄玉林以其优秀的办学事迹在中国社会经济发展论坛上获“中华成功人士”殊荣，2002年获南昌市“五一劳动奖章”，2002年11月当选为江西省光彩事业促进会常务理事，2003年4月被国家新闻总署中华时报社评为“中华之子”，2003年9月被省教育厅社办党委评为“优秀党务工作者”，2005年元月被教育部中央教科所教育与人力资源部评为“中国十大杰出民办教育家”，2005年10月被全国工商联评为“全国关爱员工优秀民营企业家”，2005年11月当选“第二届江西省十大经济人物”，2006年11月黄玉林作为主讲嘉宾应邀出席“中国职业教育振兴论坛”作拓展发言，2007年获江西省“五一劳动奖章”，2008年获得“中国教育创新人物”荣誉称号 ，2010年获评“江西省先进工作者”，2019年担任江西海外联谊会常务理事，2020年获聘中华职教社民办教育委员会副主任，2021年被聘为江西省退伍军人就业创业创新导师，同时还被第16届亚洲品牌盛典组委会授予“中国（行业）品牌十大创新人物”，2022年当选江西赣商联合总会第四届理事会常务副会长。

In 2001, Mr. Huang was honoured as a “Successful Figure of China” at the China Socio-Economic Development Forum for his outstanding contributions to education. In 2002, he received the Nanchang “May1stLabour Medal” and was elected as a Standing Director of the Jiangxi Association for the Promotion of Glorious Causes in November of the same year. In April 2003, he was named a “DistinguishedSon of China” by the China Times of the State Press and Publication Administration, and in September 2003, he was recognised as an “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker” by the Social Office Party Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education. In January 2005, he was honoured as one of the “Top10Outstanding Private Educators in China” by the Education and Human Resources Department of the Central Institute of Educational Sciences under the Ministry of Education. In October 2005, he was named a “National Outstanding Private EntrepreneurCaringfor Employees” by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and in November 2005, he was elected as one of the “Top10Economic Figures of Jiangxi Province(2nd Session)”. In November 2006, Mr. Huang was invited as a keynote speaker to deliver an extended address at the “China Vocational Education Revitalisation Forum”. In 2007, he was awarded the Jiangxi Provincial “May1stLabour Medal”. In 2008, he received the honorary title of “EducationalInnovation Figureof China”. In 2010, he was named an “Jiangxi Provincial Model Worker”. In 2019, he served as a Standing Director of the Jiangxi Overseas Friendship Association. In 2020, he was appointed as a Deputy Director of the Private Education Committee of the China Vocational Education Association. In 2021, he wasappointedas an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor for Veterans of Jiangxi Province. He was also awarded the title of “Top10 BrandInnovationFiguresinChina’sIndustries” by theOrganisingCommittee of the 16th Asian Brand Ceremony. In 2022, he was elected asExecutiveVice-President,4thCouncil，Jiangxi Gan Merchant Association.

高等教育“三元育人”理念（健全人格＋复合知识＋实践能力）创立者，先后主编《大学之道》《春华秋实》《三元探微》《我思我行》学术论文集和教材近百万字。

Mr. Huang is the founder of the “Tripartite Talent Cultivation” philosophyforhigher education, which integrates “Sound Personality +InterdisciplinaryKnowledge + Practical Competence”. He has served as the chief editor of nearly one million words of academic anthologies and textbooks, including The Way of the University, Spring Blossoms and Autumn Harvests, Exploring the Tripartite Approach, and My Reflections and Actions.
